⚙️ How does the ATE MAX work?

This system emits light electrical impulses. This helps invert polarity within the masonry, promoting a gradual downward movement of moisture toward the foundations. Drying then occurs through natural evaporation.

This device is fixed directly to a damp load-bearing wall or internal structural wall, 30 cm to 1 m above the floor. Do not install on a lining (drywall, insulation…). It must remain plugged in continuously.

🔍 Usage tips for optimal results

1. Correct installation

Keep the required distance from other electrical equipment and fix the device to a load-bearing wall.

2. Strip back wall finishes

Remove waterproof coverings or damaged plaster 10 cm above visible marks to allow the walls to breathe.

3. Ventilate the home

Provide permanent ventilation: VMC/mechanical ventilation, door undercutting, window vents, etc.

4. Restore the walls

After drying, brush the walls to remove surface salts and redo the lime-based plaster with an anti-salt additive.

5. Drainage

In case of significant lateral infiltration, plan a perimeter drain around the foundations.
