Wall drying is often necessary when wall dampness comes from rising damp: water contained in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar), especially in older buildings without a damp-proof course. This can lead to damp walls, salt deposits, mould, odours, and discomfort.

This is a wall dampness device designed to contribute to the drying of damp walls and the treatment of rising damp, without chemical injection and without invasive work. Compact, it easily fits homes and small areas.

Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity reversal technology, it acts at the source of the phenomenon and promotes a progressive action over time on masonry dampness.

⚙️ How does the ATE LC15 work?

This system generates a low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the natural polarity of the walls. Water, attracted by the potential difference, is pushed back down to the ground, thereby stopping its vertical progression.

This operation helps treat:

🔍 Usage Tips for Maximum Effectiveness

1. Install on a load-bearing wall
   Keep 1.5 m distance from any electrical equipment, and install on a wall without lining.

2. Strip back finishes at the base of the wall
   Remove waterproof coverings or damaged renders 10 to 15 cm above the damp areas.

3. Mandatory ventilation
   Actively ventilate the home to allow evaporation: mechanical ventilation (VMC), door undercutting, air vents.

4. Wall restoration
   After drying, brush off surface salts and redo the renders with suitable products (lime + anti-salt additive).

5. Drainage in case of water ingress
   A drain is recommended when constant damp comes from the ground or foundations.
