Electromagnetic wall drying system ATE LC30 BLACK – Wall drying and rising damp

Wall drying – An electromagnetic solution against rising damp

Wall moisture is often linked to rising damp: water contained in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar, renders). This phenomenon can lead to damp walls, mold, salt deposits, odors, and discomfort, in both older and newer homes.

This is a wall moisture device designed to help dry damp walls and treat rising damp, without injecting chemicals and without invasive work. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, it acts at the source of the phenomenon and promotes a gradual action over time on masonry moisture.

This model is especially sought after for its good balance between performance and ease of installation, when you want a wall moisture solution without drilling or destructive work.

⚙️ How does the ATE LC30 work?

It emits low-frequency electrical impulses that help invert the natural polarity of the electromagnetic fields present in the walls. This process promotes a gradual downward movement of moisture toward the foundations.

This operation helps address:

damp walls affected by capillary rise

porous materials in contact with the ground

It does not treat water infiltration: in case of lateral infiltration, proper drainage or fixing the root cause is essential.

🧱 Simple, clean, and quick installation

Silent, discreet, maintenance-free

Power consumption: 0.75 W (≈ €15/year)

Voltage: 12V

Dimensions: 322 x 232 x 32 mm

Manufacturer’s warranty: 10 years

This device is fixed directly to a damp load-bearing wall or internal structural wall, 30 cm to 1 m above the floor. Do not install on a lining (drywall, insulation…). It must remain plugged in continuously.

✅ Key benefits of the ATE LC30

Helps address wall moisture at the source without damaging the walls

Visible results between 18 and 24 months

Suitable for older homes: stone, brick, cob…

Improves thermal comfort and can reduce heating costs

No impact on health, certified by Emitech

Quick installation

Made in France, reliable and durable

🔍 Usage tips for optimal effectiveness

  1. Install on a load-bearing wall

Keep the minimum distance from electrical devices (1.5 m) and avoid any insulation between the device and the wall.

  1. Strip back the base of the walls

For better evaporation, remove waterproof renders about 10 cm above the damp areas.

  1. Ventilate the home

Good airflow is essential: mechanical ventilation (VMC), air vents, door undercutting.

  1. Maintenance and restoration

After drying, brush the walls to remove salts and renovate with breathable materials (lime + anti-salt additive).

  1. Drainage if necessary

In case of lateral infiltration or persistent moisture, plan perimeter drainage.

ℹ️ Additional information

The effectiveness of this system depends on several factors: wall type, finishes, ventilation, and the overall condition of the building.

This device does not treat major infiltration, flooding, or pre-existing mold, which must be handled separately.
